This website is a static set of files. It does not have accounts, forms, cookies, analytics, or third-party scripts. This page explains the little that is left.
1. Who we are
plottwistmind.com is the website of PlotTwistMind, an independent game studio. You can reach us at support@plottwistmind.com.
2. What we collect
- Nothing from the page itself. There are no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking pixels. The site loads no fonts, scripts, or styles from other domains.
- Server logs kept by our host. Like any web server, our hosting provider records standard request information — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and the time — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
- Emails you choose to send. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments.
3. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising technology. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
4. Hosting
The site is published with GitLab Pages and served through Cloudflare. Those providers process requests on our behalf as hosting and network infrastructure, under their own privacy policies: GitLab and Cloudflare.
5. The Brain Nonsense app
The mobile game is a separate product with separate data practices, including advertising, purchases, and local game data. It is covered by the Brain Nonsense privacy policy, not by this page.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the EEA or the UK) or to exercise rights under state privacy laws in the United States.
In practice the only personal data we could hold about you is an email you sent us. To exercise any right, write to support@plottwistmind.com.
7. Retention
Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting providers for the short periods described in their policies.
8. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
9. Changes to this policy
If this website starts doing something new — analytics, a contact form, a newsletter — this page will say so before it happens, and the date at the top will change.
