Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of Brain Nonsense (the "Game"), operated by Wahid Bitar, Mersin, Turkey. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use cheats, automation, exploits, or modified builds to bypass ads, purchases, or game rules;
- use the Game in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Ads
The Game is supported by advertising. Banner ads appear on the main menu, level select, and settings screens. An interstitial ad may appear before every fifth level open, as described in the Game. Optional rewarded ads let you earn bulbs. Rewarded ads are always opt-in. You can remove ads through the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase.
5. Purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It removes banner ads, level ads, and rewarded ads, and includes 50 bulbs. The price is shown in the store before purchase and may vary by country. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. We do not process or store your payment card details.
Purchases can be restored on a new install or device using "Restore purchases" in Settings. Refunds are handled by the store that processed the purchase and are subject to its refund policy. Bulbs are a virtual in-game resource with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be lost when you reset progress; the Remove Ads entitlement is not lost when you reset progress.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature, including ads, rewards, levels, and prices, at any time. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any particular ad will be available. Some features require an internet connection.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid for the Remove Ads purchase in the twelve months before the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mersin, Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
10. Apple-specific terms
For the iOS version, these Terms are between you and Wahid Bitar, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS version; if there is a conflict, Apple's Standard EULA prevails for the iOS version. Apple Standard EULA.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted in the Game and on the website above with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
